Irrespective of the task in hand, the design process consists of several stages > finding ideas / scribbles > adjustment of muteboards > creation of the design on the PC.

Result: draft designs in the form of digital data

The design data is first output to film before the screen-printing template is created.

Result: screen-printing templates according to colour and design

Irrespective of the design, screen-printing templates are printed on top of one another colour for colour depending on the number.

Result: the corresponding number of plates printed with the design

The deep drawing process consists of forming according to the actual component geometry after printing.

Result: plates printed with the design formed according to the geometry of the component

The component obtains its precise external contour by contour processing with 3D die cutters.

Result: precisely cut components according to the external contour

The insert moulding process is the last step in the production process. The adaptation of foil insert deep drawing tools to the corresponding insert moulding tools is one of the core tasks of insert moulding technology.
Result: finished part ready to built in in the vehicle.
